Gabe Kapler Retires

I was hoping for bigger and better news....maybe that will have to wait.....but not for too long. Gabe was dispensible......a nice comeback from a terrible injury, though.

I really like Kapler, I'll definitely miss him. But I'm glad he's still with the Sox, no matter in what way.

I'm with you Laura--he is one of the best humnan beings that ever played for the Sox...and his presence will be missed...

But now he has an opportunity to teach and lead by example-those players are very lucky...

I agree with all of you..the epitome of courage and guts, and for you ladies, good looks. Not that I would know. He will be missed. Thanks everyone!
